​Benzyl Alcohol: An antibacterial preservative derived from Jasmine plants. COSMOS, ECOCERT and NaTrue approved.
​
Caprylyl/Capryl Glucoside: A glucose alkyl ether derived from coconut and fruit sugars. Preservative-free. COSMOS, ECOCERT and NaTrue approved.
​
Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride: This light, neutral oil is similar to vegetable oils but more stable. It is derived from coconut and acts as an emollient.
​
Cera Alba (Beeswax): This natural wax derived from bees soothes, softens, and protects skin. It is ECOCERT and COSMOS approved.
Cetearyl Alcohol: A fatty alcohol extracted biologically, used for consistency. The 'alcohol' is different from that in beverages. COSMOS, ECOCERT and NaTrue approved. Derived from coconut.
Cetrimonium Chloride is a conditioning agent derived from vegetable oils, considered safe by the CIR Expert Panel. It is BSE/TSE free, GMO free, does not involve animal testing, and is preservative free.
Cocamidopropyl Betaine: A mild, versatile compound derived from coconut oil. COSMOS, ECOCERT and NaTrue approved.

Decyl Glucoside: A non-irritating, non-allergic, non-comedogenic plant-derived surfactant. ECOCERT, COSMOS and NaTrue approved.
Glycerin is a humectant that helps maintain skin moisture. It combats ageing and soothes the skin. COSMOS, ECOCERT and NaTrue approved. It is derived from vegetable sources.
Glyceryl Stearate S/E: This emulsifier is created from glycerin and stearic acid. It is ECOCERT and COSMOS approved and derived from coconut.​

Lauryl Glucoside: A non-irritating, non-allergic, non-comedogenic plant-derived surfactant. ECOCERT, COSMOS and NaTrue approved.

Palm Oil: We don’t use palm oil directly in any of our formulations; however, we do use some ingredients derived from Responsibly Sourced Palm Oil (RSPO). Where palm-derived ingredients are used, they are notified on the ingredients list and are certified RSPO.
Phenoxyethanol & Ethylhexylglycerine: Gentle, paraben-free preservatives approved for organic cosmetics. Ethylhexylgylcerin is derived from coconut.
Sodium Benzoate & Potassium Sorbate: A natural, ECOCERT and Soil Association approved preservative. Derived from coconut.

Stearic Acid: A waxy emulsifying agent derived from vegetable fats. ECOCERT and COSMOS approved.
​
Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E): A stable, skin-absorbable form of vitamin E. ECOCERT and COSMOS approved.
Xanthan Gum: A cosmetic grade natural stabiliser and bonding agent derived from corn. ECOCERT and COSMOS approved.

In the rare case that we use an ingredient derived from palm oil, it is always clearly listed on the label and certified as Responsibly Sourced Palm Oil (RSPO).
